Privacy Policy

This explains what the Points Earning Calendar knows about you, why, and how to make it forget. It is deliberately short, because you should be able to read all of it.
Who runs this
The Points Earning Calendar at calendar.ajisaac.com.au is run by AJ Isaac, a sole trader based in Australia. For anything in this policy, email hello@ajisaac.com.au.
What is collected

That is the whole list. There is no tracking, no advertising, no analytics, no profiling, and nothing is collected about what you buy or which shops you use. The tool never asks for your frequent flyer number, your card details, or your loyalty account logins, and it could not store them if you tried.
Cookies
One cookie, named ajpc_session. It keeps you signed in for about
90 days so you are not clicking an email link every visit. It holds a random value
and nothing else — not your email address, not your plan. There are no advertising
or analytics cookies of any kind.
Who else holds your information
Two companies, both because the tool cannot work without them:
- Cloudflare runs the website and stores the database holding your email address and your plan.
- Resend delivers the sign-in emails. It keeps a record of emails sent to you, including your address, on servers in Tokyo, Japan.
Your information is never sold, rented, or handed to anyone for marketing. It is not shared with Qantas, Virgin Australia, any supermarket, any bank, or any other business.
What you will be emailed
Sign-in links, when you ask for one, and occasional notices about the tool itself — for example if it is changing or moving. No newsletters, no offers, no promotions. If that ever changes you will be asked first, and this page will be updated before anything is sent.
How long it is kept
- While you are a member: your plan is kept so it is there when you come back.
- If you are refunded: your plan and your email address are deleted within 24 to 48 hours.
- If you ask to be deleted: see below.
- Sign-in links: expire after 15 minutes and are deleted nightly.
- IP counts: deleted within a few hours.
Getting a copy, or being deleted
Email hello@ajisaac.com.au from the address you signed up with.
- A copy: you will be sent everything held about you.
- Deletion: your email address, your plan and every task you have ticked are erased. This cannot be undone — not by me and not by you — and you will lose access to the tool. If you buy again later you start fresh.
Keeping it safe
- Everything travels over an encrypted connection.
- Sign-in links and session cookies are stored only as one-way scrambles, so even a stolen copy of the database would not let anyone sign in as you.
- There are no passwords to be stolen, because the tool does not use any.
- I am the only person with access.
No system is perfectly safe, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. If information held about you is ever exposed in a way likely to cause you harm, you will be told, and told what to do about it.
Where you stand legally
Australian businesses turning over $3 million or less are generally exempt from the Privacy Act 1988. This is a small business, so that exemption applies. The commitments on this page are made anyway, because they are how the tool should behave regardless of what the law requires of a business this size.
If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, email me first — most things are a misunderstanding and get sorted the same day. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Children
This tool is sold to adults and is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Anything that materially affects you — new information collected, a new company involved, a new kind of email — will be emailed to members before it takes effect.
